30-Day Return Guarantee

You can return any unused, unopened, and undamaged item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Photos if damaged or incorrect

We will reply with full return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Photos may be required for quality checks.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for your bank to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns for any opened:

  • Screen protectors

  • Earphones / earbuds

  • Used accessories

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong model or colour, we offer exchanges for unused and unopened items within 30 days.
Postage may apply unless the error was ours.

Late or Missing Refunds

If 5 working days pass and you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless:

  • The item was damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is faulty

Tracked postage is recommended for safety.
